1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this invoicing application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service provides online invoice creation, management, PDF generation, and payment tracking tools for freelancers and small businesses.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each account is for a single business entity.

4. Credits and Payments

The Service offers 3 free invoice finalizations per month. Additional invoices require purchased credit packs. Credits are non-refundable but never expire. Prices are in EUR and may be updated with 30 days notice.

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the Service, including client information, invoices, and financial records. We do not claim any rights to your data.

6. Privacy

Your data is stored securely and isolated per account. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance with advance notice when possible.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
